At Sthalam 8 Yoga Shala in afternoons we doing 90 and 150 minutes sessions of thai yoga massage. Prieces vary from 800 - 2500 Rs. We also doing other sessions of energy healing, ayurvedic yoga massage, chavutti thirumal from kalari tradition in Lakshmi Puram. Home visits also available.

Up comming thai yoga massage workshops in february and march 2009 are full time courses of 60 hours and it is begginer course. We would like make it 3 week course from monday to friday, 10 am - 2 pm. If someone are interested only in basics of thai yoga massage the first week of 20 hours is for you and costs 5'000 Rs. For full course 60 hours - 10'000 Rs. The certificate will be given from Dharma.
